Job Summary
Leading the vision for innovative product solutions, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will define product strategies, mentor a team of Product Managers, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive customer engagement and business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with company strategy and customer needs
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers/Product Owners, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation
- Drive roadmap planning and prioritization across multiple product lines and initiatives
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership of cross-functional teams
- Proven success in defining strategy and delivering SaaS or platform-based products
- Experience building product roadmaps and driving execution from concept through launch
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
