Job Summary
Leading the product strategy for the Microsoft partnership, the full-time salaried Director of Product Management will manage integration delivery, roadmap alignment, and technical due diligence while working flexibly or remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Set and lead the strategy for technical due diligence and integration delivery across the Microsoft relationship
- Establish a cohesive enterprise view of the intersection between ServiceNow's and Microsoft's product stacks
- Drive dual-roadmap alignment by translating capability changes between Microsoft and ServiceNow into actionable requirements
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS product management with a strong understanding of SaaS growth drivers
- Proven track record of influencing product strategy at VP and C-level across partner organizations
- Experience in integrating AI into product decision-making and workflow design
- Demonstrated ability to lead product strategy for technology partnerships, including technical due diligence
- Familiarity with both the ServiceNow platform and Microsoft's AI, data, and agent product ecosystem is a strong plus
