Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Identifying and leading product-led partnership opportunities across the security and risk ecosystem, the full-time Director of Product Management will set product strategy, evaluate partnership potential, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, all while working flexibly or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify product-led partnership opportunities in security operations, identity, governance, risk, and compliance
• Set strategy for technical due diligence and integration architecture, ensuring alignment from qualification to go-to-market
• Build business cases for partnership investments and define success metrics for joint solutions

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise security product management experience with a strong understanding of security and AI stacks
• Proven track record of influencing multi-year product strategy and executive-level decisions
• Experience leading product strategy for technology partnerships, including technical due diligence and integration architecture
• Ability to operate across a broad security and risk scope and synthesize coherent strategies
• Strong collaboration skills to align senior stakeholders without direct authority
