Job Summary
Leading the strategic direction and operational execution of a proprietary software platform, the remote Director of Product Management and IT Operations will manage the product roadmap, oversee product development, and ensure IT infrastructure stability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap in partnership with the global product manager
- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including user feedback analysis and collaboration with the development team
- Oversee IT operations and helpdesk support, ensuring compliance with security standards and quick resolution of operational issues
Required qualifications:
- Extensive experience in product management with a strong background in software development
- Direct experience in the employee benefits or benefits administration technology space
- Proven ability to create software solutions that address complex problems
- Practical knowledge of IT operations, helpdesk support, and cybersecurity principles
- Familiarity with SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance requirements is highly desirable
