Director of Product Management

Job Summary

To drive product innovation and operational productivity, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will define and execute the product strategy and portfolio roadmap while leading a high-performing team and collaborating with cross-functional leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap across the product portfolio
• Establish product management standards, operating models, governance, and best practices across the organization
• Lead portfolio prioritization and investment decisions to ensure alignment with company strategy and customer needs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, including leadership of complex enterprise software products
• 5+ years leading Product Managers or cross-functional product teams
• Demonstrated success in defining and executing product strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes
• Strong analytical skills with experience defining KPIs and measuring outcomes
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field required
