Director of Product Management
Job Summary
Owning the product surfaces that connect pentesting offerings to customer security stacks, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will manage platform architecture decisions, oversee integration strategies, and lead a team focused on enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the roadmap for Cobalt's integration ecosystem, prioritizing build-vs-partner decisions
- Manage the product side of technology partnerships, including API/webhook strategy and partner onboarding requirements
- Oversee the design and evolution of pricing and packaging across the tiered portfolio in collaboration with Finance and Sales
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
- Experience owning platform, integrations, or ecosystem products, including shipping API/webhook-based integrations
- Direct experience with pricing and packaging design for multi-tier or multi-product SaaS portfolios
- Working knowledge of access control and enterprise security/compliance requirements as they apply to product design
- Proven ability to align cross-functional teams around a shared roadmap
