Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Owning the strategy, roadmap, and P&L for the Value Added Solutions business line, the remote Director of Product Management will lead a team of Product Managers and Designers, drive product vision, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet partner and merchant needs.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for the Value Added Solutions product line, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Drive business development by evaluating existing products and determining new product opportunities backed by solid business cases
• Build and manage a team of Product Managers and Designers, setting performance objectives and fostering a culture of high performance

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, including at least 5 years in payments or financial services and 3 years managing a distributed team
• Hands-on experience with a portfolio of products, including data-driven decision-making for product lifecycle management
• Demonstrated ability to build prioritization frameworks and ROI-based business cases for product development
• Strong commercial instincts with a proven track record of connecting product decisions to revenue impact and customer satisfaction
• Exceptional execution skills with a bias towards action in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
