Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Driving the strategic direction of Certify's Applications portfolio, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will be accountable for product strategy, execution, and the integration of applied AI solutions across customer-facing applications, including Credentialing and Monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and execution for the Applications portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
• Develop next-generation application offerings in collaboration with sales and business development, enhancing operational efficiency through AI integration
• Mentor and develop product managers, fostering a culture of accountability and high standards within the team

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing product teams
• Proven track record in building and scaling products in a growth-stage startup environment
• Experience with B2B SaaS products, preferably in health tech or provider data systems
• Strong understanding of applied AI technologies and their application in product development
• Exceptional ability to navigate complex situations and drive clarity in product strategy
