Director of Product Management
Job Summary
Owning the product strategy for managed service providers (MSPs), the full-time remote Director of Product Management will drive product development, prioritize engineering tasks, and engage directly with MSP partners to shape innovative solutions that enhance service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own the MSP product strategy, grounded in market research and customer insights
- Drive the integration roadmap across PSA and RMM platforms, prioritizing automation of high-cost work
- Hire, coach, and develop product managers while building a product development process with Engineering
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on products for MSPs
- Deep understanding of MSP business models and service delivery
- Experience leading product managers or technical teams
- Familiarity with MSP technology ecosystems, including PSA and RMM platforms
- Hands-on experience with platforms like ConnectWise and Autotask is a plus
