Job Summary

Leading product strategy and execution, the full-time salaried Director of Product Management will develop the vision and multi-year roadmap for Agency Solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for Agency Solutions, aligning investments with business priorities and client outcomes
• Serve as the primary product partner to Agency Leaders and executive stakeholders, shaping product and technology value across operations
• Lead discovery, requirements, and delivery for high-impact initiatives, making portfolio-level prioritization and investment decisions

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management with a track record of setting product strategy and owning multi-year roadmaps
• Proven ability to partner with executive stakeholders and translate business strategy into product investment decisions
• Strong business acumen with experience in building business cases connected to revenue and client outcomes
• Demonstrated data & analytics expertise, with experience defining success metrics and using insights to guide strategy
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent practical experience is a plus
