Job Summary
Leading product management for infrastructure automation, the full-time salaried Director of Product Management will define the product vision and strategy, manage a team of senior product managers, and drive growth in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the infrastructure automation platform
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5-6 senior product managers while fostering a culture of discovery and evidence-based decision making

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the DevOps, cloud, or software development space
- Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise software solutions from concept to launch
- Strong background in Agile development methodologies and collaboration with engineering teams
- Demonstrated experience defining and shipping AI-powered product capabilities
