Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Owning the product strategy and roadmap, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will lead the development and execution of Eagleview's commercial platform, focusing on packaging, pricing, and managing customer relationships while coaching a team to tackle complex cross-functional challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the commercial platform, ensuring a coherent system from offer definition to billing and renewal
• Lead high-impact commercial platform initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to frame problems and drive decisions
• Coach and develop team members to translate platform priorities into coordinated execution across multiple delivery teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Strategy, Technology, Finance, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in product management or related leadership roles, with a focus on B2B SaaS commercial capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to operate as a hands-on product leader, moving from high-level strategy to detailed problem-solving
• Experience leading and developing product or technical teams, creating accountability across multiple delivery teams
• Strong commercial judgment with the ability to connect customer experience, business models, and operational constraints
