Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading product management initiatives, the full-time salaried Director of Product Management will shape product lines for stablecoin infrastructure, drive execution with customers, and develop a high-leverage product team in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate company goals and customer needs into a strategic product roadmap with clear ownership and sequencing
• Drive product work on pricing, packaging, and billing, ensuring alignment between customer value and sales
• Establish product measures and reporting to enhance understanding of usage, performance, and outcomes for customers and internal teams

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in blockchain, B2B fintech, payments, or money movement infrastructure
• Proficiency in working with code, APIs, and building functional prototypes; prior software engineering experience is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous initiatives into shipped products with measurable impact
• Strong customer discovery skills and commercial judgment to connect product decisions to adoption and revenue
• Excellent written communication skills for decision memos, product briefs, and leadership updates
