Director of Product Operations

Job Summary

To support a high-growth HCM organization, the full-time remote Director of Product Operations will manage the operational excellence of product roadmaps, establish governance frameworks, and ensure synchronized execution across product domains while partnering closely with engineering and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the product organization's operating model, including sprint cadence and delivery processes
• Maintain roadmap alignment across product domains, ensuring visibility into trade-offs and risks for executive leadership
• Manage the partnership with engineering leadership, coordinating capacity planning and release readiness for product initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product operations, technical program management, or product management with a focus on operational discipline
• Demonstrated ownership of product operating cadence, including sprint rituals and governance frameworks
• Direct experience with engineering partnership and capacity planning
• Executive-facing experience presenting delivery status and operational health to senior leadership
• People management experience, including hiring and developing team members toward shared outcomes
