Director of Product Operations

Job Summary

To drive product efficiency and innovation, the full-time salaried Director of Product Operations will define and enhance the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC), integrate AI practices, and establish process health metrics while collaborating closely with senior leadership across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and continuously improve the Product Development Lifecycle to align with organizational needs and best practices
• Lead the integration of AI tools and methodologies into the PDLC, enhancing product discovery and validation processes
• Establish and manage a framework of process health metrics and KPIs to provide visibility into PDLC performance and improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or related fields within technology-driven organizations
• 5+ years of experience working with senior leadership (VP+) and influencing cross-functional teams
• Strong AI fluency with hands-on experience integrating AI into product or operational workflows
• Demonstrated experience in defining and implementing product development lifecycle frameworks
