Director of Product Operations

Job Summary

Owning the systems and processes that unify product operations, the full-time Director of Product Operations will manage the new product introduction process, coordinate cross-functional deliverables, and analyze revenue impacts while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a single source of truth for product commitments and drive accountability across teams
• Own the end-to-end new product introduction process and chair launch readiness reviews
• Build and maintain models that quantify the revenue impact of roadmap decisions

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in product operations or program management within a technology company
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to model financial impacts and business cases
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management and new product introduction processes
• Ability to prepare executive-level materials and reports
