Director of Product Operations

Job Summary

To support a growing product-led business, the full-time Director of Product Operations will manage and develop the product team, translating product strategy into actionable roadmaps while ensuring operational efficiency and cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and develop the product management team while translating priorities into team capacity and ownership
• Build and maintain planning and delivery processes that align team work with company priorities and enhance visibility into product timelines
• Continuously improve product team systems for planning, delivery, support, and communication, while resolving production issues and escalations effectively

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or product operations, with 4+ years of direct team management experience
• Experience in developing and enhancing product planning and delivery processes in a fast-growing environment
• Proven track record in hiring, coaching, and leveling product managers
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work directly with data and dashboards
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills, particularly in representing product to engineering and leadership teams
