Director of Product Operations

Job Summary

Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, the full-time remote Director of Product Operations will manage operational excellence within the product team by establishing governance frameworks, synchronizing roadmaps across product domains, and partnering with engineering to ensure disciplined delivery and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the product organization's operating model, including sprint cadence and delivery processes
• Maintain roadmap alignment across product domains and provide visibility into trade-offs and risks to executive leadership
• Manage the partnership with engineering leadership to coordinate capacity planning, sprint coordination, and release readiness

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product operations, technical program management, or product management with a focus on operational discipline
• Demonstrated experience in building and running sprint rituals, planning cycles, and governance frameworks
• Direct experience with engineering partnership and capacity planning
• Track record of go-to-market execution and cross-functional launch readiness coordination
• Executive-facing experience with the ability to communicate delivery status and operational health clearly to senior leadership
