Director of Product Operations

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end product development process, the full-time Director of Product Operations will define and mature operational practices for product delivery, manage a team of Technical Program Managers, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Define and mature the operating cadence and frameworks for product development, ensuring predictable and scalable delivery
• Manage the planning and intake process, prioritizing roadmap initiatives and ensuring clarity and predictability for teams
• Lead the Technical Program Management practice, setting high standards for execution and partnering with EPD leaders on strategic initiatives

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product operations, technical program management, or release management within SaaS
• Proven experience in people leadership, including managing and developing teams, ideally Technical Program Managers
• Strong foundation in technical program management with a product sense and experience in building or maturing product operations functions
• Demonstrated ability to own release or delivery approaches at scale, balancing speed with stability
• Deep AI fluency and a growth mindset towards automation and agentic workflows
