Director of Product Operations
Job Summary
Building and modernizing the operating system for the Product organization, the full-time remote Director of Product Operations will manage the software development lifecycle, lead AI adoption, and facilitate product planning and analytics to enhance customer experiences and outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and improve Product's portion of the SDLC, ensuring clean handoffs and visibility into capacity and delivery
- Lead the adoption of AI-enabled workflows across the Product team to enhance productivity and streamline processes
- Facilitate planning cycles and deliver data and materials for monthly Product Line Reviews in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years in product operations, product management, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a senior or director role
- Experience in building or rebuilding a product operations function in a growing SaaS business
- Fluency with AI tools and the ability to design and improve workflows utilizing them
- Strong data skills, including defining SaaS product metrics and building dashboards
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Salesforce, and Gainsight
