Job Summary
To support strategic growth, the full-time remote Director of Product Partnerships will lead the development of a multi-year partnership strategy, manage key relationships, and influence product decisions while driving innovative deals in logistics and retail technology.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with product and business goals
- Oversee the execution of complex partnership agreements and ensure effective management of high-performing teams
- Act as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering leadership, influencing key roadmap decisions and partnership evaluations
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in business development, product partnerships, or strategic alliances in technology
- Proven ability to close complex partnership agreements with C-suite executives
- Experience building and leading partnerships teams, including managing managers
- Strong financial and analytical skills for evaluating partnership economics
- Ability to operate independently and provide direction in ambiguous situations
