Director of Product Security

Job Summary

Leading the advancement of the enterprise Product Security program, the full-time Senior Director of Product Security Engineering will manage secure software development practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive measurable security outcomes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mature the Product and Application Security program, integrating security into software development processes
• Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to scale secure development practices and incorporate security requirements into product designs
• Define and execute secure software development strategies while establishing security approaches for AI within engineering workflows

Required qualifications

• Significant experience in leading Product Security, Application Security, and Secure SDLC programs in a technology company
• Demonstrated success in influencing security adoption across complex development environments
• Experience in developing and communicating security program effectiveness through metrics and executive presentations
• Knowledge of AI security considerations and the implications of AI-enabled products
• Proven ability to operate strategically while being hands-on when necessary
