Director of Product Strategy

Job Summary

Driving revenue expansion and strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Product Strategy will lead pricing, packaging, and cost-reduction efforts while shaping long-term product strategies and managing a team within the R&D organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Own revenue expansion strategy and pricing governance for software products, from analysis to launch
• Manage R&D spending and develop cost data foundations for product-level margin and COGS
• Partner with product line leaders to identify revenue generation and cost-reduction initiatives

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting or investment banking
• 5+ years in business operations or corporate strategy roles
• Advanced financial modeling skills with a focus on actionable recommendations
• Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes
• Experience in hiring, developing, and leading a team
