Director of Production

Job Summary

Leading production efforts for all photo, video, and content shoots, the full-time remote Director of Production will manage budgets, partner with production companies, and build the operating model while ensuring brand integrity and efficiency in content creation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end production for various creative projects, from scoping to final asset delivery
• Manage and track annual and project-specific production budgets, negotiating contracts and rates with partners
• Design and implement production processes, workflows, and best practices to enhance efficiency and content output

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of production experience, including at least 3 years in a senior production role
• Proven track record of producing large-scale photo and video campaigns for various channels
• Strong budget management skills, with experience overseeing multimillion-dollar production budgets
• Extensive network of production partners and knowledge of talent contracts and union rules
• Experience in setting up production processes and systems in a creative environment
