Director of Professional Services

Job Summary

Leading a specialized team in a remote capacity, the full-time salaried Director of Professional Services will oversee mission-critical public sector deployments, ensuring timely execution of complex Zero Trust platform rollouts while managing service delivery excellence and operational productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of delivery consultants, project managers, and engineers for public sector projects
• Oversee Zero Trust platform rollouts across federal and state agencies, ensuring alignment with mission requirements
• Manage service delivery P&L, capacity planning, and resource utilization in collaboration with finance and operations teams

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in leading Professional Services or Technical Consulting organizations in enterprise software or cybersecurity
• 5+ years of direct people-management experience
• Proven track record in managing professional services delivery P&Ls exceeding $15M annually
• In-depth understanding of US Public Sector procurement and compliance standards like FedRAMP and NIST
• US Citizenship with an active US Government Top Secret security clearance
