Job Summary
Leading program delivery in a fully remote capacity, the Director of Program Management will oversee project portfolios, manage financial reporting, and drive operational excellence while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee program management systems and tools, resolving data discrepancies with Finance and Sales
- Partner with Account Services to ensure accurate recurring revenue reporting and timely updates for executive leadership
- Analyze operational systems to identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10+ years of experience in program management, operations, or PMO leadership
- Proven experience delivering strategic projects in an advertising or agency environment
- Advanced skills in program-level financial management and reporting
- Familiarity with tools such as SalesForce or Monday.com is a plus
