Director of Program Management

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional planning and execution, the full-time remote Director of Program Management will drive governance across drug development programs while collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment of strategies, timelines, and resources.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional development teams and execute integrated program plans throughout all drug development stages
• Facilitate program governance and executive decision-making processes, ensuring effective communication across functions
• Identify risks and opportunities while supporting resource planning and driving informed trade-off decisions

Required qualifications:

• PhD or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with significant experience in cross-functional drug development
• Demonstrated experience supporting programs across multiple development stages
• Strong understanding of drug development and regulatory processes
• Proven ability to influence and lead diverse teams in a matrix environment
