Director of Program Management

Job Summary

Driving the planning and execution of complex therapeutic programs, the full-time Director of Program Management will serve as a dedicated partner to program leaders, managing high-risk projects from discovery through IND and into the clinic in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the program management partner to leaders across a portfolio of high-risk therapeutic assets
• Build and maintain integrated, cross-functional development plans, ensuring alignment on critical paths, scopes, timelines, and budgets
• Manage resources and external partners, forecasting needs and adapting strategies based on program dynamics and risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or technical discipline; advanced degree (MS, PhD, MBA) preferred
• 10+ years of professional experience in biotech, with at least 5 years leading drug development programs
• Demonstrated experience managing drug development across discovery, preclinical, and IND-enabling stages
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage with senior stakeholders effectively
• Strong command of program management tools and drug development processes
