Director of Program Operations

Job Summary

To oversee program operations discipline and execution, the full-time remote Director of Program Operations will manage the onboarding/offboarding playbook, supervise Program Operations Managers, and report on program operations health to the Chief Programs Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Own and enhance the repeatable program onboarding and offboarding playbook used by Program Operations Managers
• Supervise and develop Program Operations Managers, ensuring effective program due-diligence coordination and audit findings review
• Set and enforce governance cadence for live programs, managing status meetings and escalation paths

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of program/project management experience in insurance operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Direct experience in building or managing multi-workstream onboarding processes across various operational areas
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of concurrent program relationships
• PMP or equivalent project/program management certification is preferred
• Familiarity with bordereau data flows and DUA audit processes is a plus
