Director of Programs in Education

Job Summary

To support the Center for STEM Professional Learning at Scale, the full-time Director of Programs in Education will manage program development and implementation, coordinate partnerships, and engage a facilitator network, primarily in a remote capacity with occasional travel required.

Key responsibilities

• Direct program development and implementation across various initiatives, ensuring alignment with Center priorities
• Manage partnership development activities, including preparing materials and coordinating meetings with stakeholders
• Engage and coordinate the facilitator network to enhance professional learning community activities and support programming

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, a science discipline, or a related field
• Three to five years of relevant experience in program coordination, project management, or education programs
• Experience in K-12 education, STEM education, or education-focused nonprofit work
• Familiarity with grant development processes and external partnership coordination
• Experience in a university or research center environment is preferred
