Job Summary
Leading a portfolio of projects in a full-time remote capacity, the Director of Project Delivery will manage project execution from scoping to delivery, drive operational excellence, and foster collaborative relationships across teams and with clients.
Key responsibilities
- Expertly lead all aspects of project delivery and act as a delivery lead for a portfolio of accounts
- Drive cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and ensure client satisfaction
- Enhance processes and enforce project standards to improve agency workflows and operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of project management experience within a healthcare agency environment
- Detailed knowledge of pharmaceutical brand marketing and project methodologies (agile, hybrid, waterfall)
- Expert skill level with MS Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
- Strong experience with both traditional and digital marketing campaigns
