Key responsibilities:
- Manage, coach, and develop Project Managers, ensuring high performance and quality delivery
- Continuously evaluate and optimize project workflows and processes for efficiency
- Maintain comprehensive project tracking and resource management to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of project management experience in an agency or integrated services environment
- Strong command of project management tools, particularly Monday.com
- Proven experience in leading and developing teams of Project Managers
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience managing creative production workflows, including social and paid media workstreams
