Director of Project Management

Job Summary

Leading a team of Project and Program Managers, the full-time remote Director of Project Management will oversee the Technical Project Management Office, ensuring effective delivery of the software and platform roadmap while driving AI adoption and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly manage the Project/Program Managers, setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring consistent delivery standards
• Own the prioritization and sequencing of the product development backlog, maintaining delivery tracking and governance across multiple initiatives
• Champion AI-driven practices within the team, identifying and implementing high-value use cases to enhance productivity and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in project/program management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a technology or software delivery environment
• Proven experience in backlog/portfolio prioritization frameworks and delivery governance for multiple concurrent workstreams
• Strong people management skills, including performance management and team development
• Expertise in SDLC/Agile delivery models and their practical application in a matrixed organization
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and a track record of utilizing them to improve team productivity
