Director of Project Management

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership for the Project Management Office and Resource Management Office, the full-time remote Director of Project Management will manage project delivery governance, resource orchestration, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Leads the integrated PMO and RMO operating model, ensuring effective project intake, resource scheduling, and financial oversight
• Defines and maintains a scalable project delivery framework, overseeing portfolio health reporting and executive governance
• Establishes customer experience standards and serves as the executive escalation point for high-risk engagements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in project, program, or delivery operations
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing teams across multiple locations
• Proven experience leading a PMO or RMO function with a focus on financial performance and resource management
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred
