Director of Project Management

Job Summary

Driving operational delivery for complex clinical studies, the full-time remote Director of Project Management will act as the primary client lead, develop risk management strategies, and oversee project management staff while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary client contact for complex clinical studies, managing multiple vendors and sub-CROs
• Develop and execute strategies for risk management and operational execution, enhancing organizational effectiveness
• Oversee talent development and line management for project management staff, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• University/college degree in life sciences; Master's preferred
• Minimum of nine years of relevant clinical research experience, including six years of full project management responsibility
• At least four years of direct or indirect supervisory experience
• Extensive knowledge of the clinical development spectrum and ICH GCP
• Exceptional presentation skills for all levels of leadership
