Director of Project Management

Job Summary

Leading project management services for a designated regional portfolio, the full-time Senior Director of Project & Development Services will oversee financial management, client relations, and project execution while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and ensure successful delivery of project management services, including establishing and achieving project goals
• Oversee financial management of projects, including budget establishment, cash flow analysis, and preparation of cost reports
• Lead and develop a team of project management professionals, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and performance standards

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• At least 12 years of related experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a management role
• Advanced project management skills with expertise in client relations and consulting
• Proficient knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and corporate real estate processes
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and MS Project
