Director of Provider Analytics
Job Summary
Leading provider analytics initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Provider Analytics will manage analytics supporting provider contracting, performance, and network strategy while ensuring regulatory compliance and identifying network gaps.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee analytics for provider contracting, reimbursement strategies, and performance evaluation
- Lead network adequacy analysis and regulatory reporting using Quest software
- Develop insights for network development and optimization, supporting strategic decision-making
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, data science, healthcare administration, or a related quantitative discipline
- 8+ years of experience in health insurance analytics, medical economics, or related functions
- Strong knowledge of healthcare claims, provider reimbursement, and network adequacy analysis
- Experience with Quest network adequacy software or similar analytics platforms
- Proficiency in MS Office and data query programs such as SAS/SQL
