Director of Provider Compensation

Job Summary

Leading the development and administration of provider compensation programs, the full-time remote Director of Provider Compensation will ensure compliance with regulations, assess industry trends, and provide strategic recommendations while overseeing a team of five direct reports and requiring quarterly travel to the Delaware campus.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative, market-competitive provider compensation methodologies aligned with organizational objectives
• Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation, ensuring alignment with the organization's philosophy and strategy
• Conduct market assessments and job evaluations to recommend appropriate job placements and classifications

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; Master's degree preferred
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in provider compensation and benefits administration
• Experience with incentive design and market pricing analysis
• Proven leadership skills in managing teams and projects
• Strong analytical and presentation skills for engaging with stakeholders
