Job Summary
Leading complex large-scale initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Provider Data Management will utilize business expertise to analyze existing processes, drive improvements, and ensure effective implementation of strategic initiatives across various domains.
Key responsibilities
- Support strategy for complex business transformational priorities and assess feasibility of proposed initiatives
- Perform detailed analysis of data, workflows, and policies to recommend business practices that enhance effectiveness and productivity
- Collaborate with stakeholders for knowledge transfer and drive consensus for project implementation and recommendations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of healthcare or insurance industry experience leading large-scale initiatives
- Operations experience preferred
- CSSBB - Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) - PMI preferred
