Director of Provider Engagement

Job Summary

Driving strategic initiatives in a remote capacity, the full-time salaried Director of Provider Engagement will enhance provider relationships, improve quality, reduce costs, and optimize utilization across multiple lines of business while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead market-wide provider engagement strategies that support performance improvement and align with enterprise goals
• Drive program implementation and timelines while monitoring performance trends to achieve quality, cost, and utilization targets
• Provide strategic guidance to leaders and teams, addressing complex challenges and fostering an innovative, results-driven environment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred
• 8+ years of relevant experience in value-based care, population health, or healthcare strategy
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and overseeing supervisors or managers
• Proven experience in leading large-scale provider engagement initiatives across multiple markets or lines of business
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring senior-level teams in a dynamic environment
