Director of Provider Enrollment

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership and operational oversight, the full-time remote Director of Provider Enrollment will manage the Provider Enrollment department's daily operations, ensuring effective delivery of enrollment services and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily operations of the Provider Enrollment department, including staff recruitment, training, and performance management
• Monitor client-level metrics and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of enrollment activities, including new enrollments and re-enrollments
• Compile reports for management to analyze trends and make recommendations for process improvements within the enrollment lifecycle

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
• At least five years of experience in physician billing, hospital billing, or vendor management related to provider enrollment
• Two years of supervisory or management experience preferred
• Familiarity with CAQH database, NPI website, and EDI, EFT, and ERA processes preferred
• Knowledge of provider enrollment requirements and multi-state experience preferred
