Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and influential leader, the full-time Director of Provider Escalations will manage the escalation function, drive cross-functional initiatives, and build scalable processes to enhance operational efficiency in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the Health System Escalation function, focusing on response time, quality, and resolution efficiency
• Drive alignment and change across cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals
• Manage performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to ensure accountability for outcomes

Required qualifications:

• At least 10 years of leadership experience in complex operational environments
• Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes through end-to-end initiatives
• Strong systems thinking and product mindset with experience in managing roadmaps and KPIs
