Job Summary

Leading the growth and performance of healthcare staffing, the full-time remote Director of Provider Services will manage full-cycle operations including recruitment, account management, and new business development while overseeing team performance and client retention.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales, recruitment, and expansion strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets
• Hire, coach, and manage recruiters and account managers, fostering a culture of accountability
• Establish and monitor KPIs to identify gaps and drive results in staffing operations

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in the healthcare staffing industry
• Proven success in managing staffing operations and account management teams
• Deep understanding of profit margins and healthcare trends with data-driven decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
