Director of Psychiatry Reimbursement

Job Summary

Leading the national strategy and execution of the Psychiatry Field Reimbursement Managers team, the full-time Director of Psychiatry Reimbursement will manage a team of leaders and drive performance metrics while ensuring compliance with regulations and AbbVie policies in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set vision and execution priorities for the Psychiatry FRM team aligned with brand strategy and patient access goals
• Develop and execute a national strategy for patient services, access resources, and programs while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Monitor team performance through analytics and shift focus from activity metrics to impact metrics to drive a high-performance culture

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD, or equivalent) strongly preferred
• 8-12+ years of experience in field leadership, access and reimbursement market access, and healthcare strategy
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading field-based teams and managing managers
• Proven track record of building or scaling infield teams through rapid growth
• Deep understanding of Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D reimbursement, specialty drug acquisition, and distribution
