Director of Public Affairs

Job Summary

Leading high-priority, cross-functional initiatives, the full-time salaried Director of Public Affairs will manage complex workstreams, advise senior leaders on healthcare policy and business strategy, and develop coordinated strategies to advance enterprise priorities in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex workstreams from initial framing through execution, defining scope and priorities
• Advise senior leaders by synthesizing complex business and policy issues into clear recommendations
• Develop strategies that connect healthcare policy developments to business objectives across stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or healthcare strategy
• Deep knowledge of the U.S. healthcare industry, with payer and/or provider experience preferred
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive execution with limited direction
• Exceptional project leadership and executive communication skills
