Director of Public Affairs

Job Summary

Leading high-priority cross-functional initiatives, the full-time Director of Public Affairs will manage complex workstreams, advise senior leaders on healthcare policy and business strategy, and develop coordinated strategies to advance enterprise priorities, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex workstreams from initial framing through execution, defining scope, priorities, and timelines
• Advise senior leaders by synthesizing complex business and policy issues into actionable recommendations
• Develop strategies that connect healthcare policy developments to business objectives across various stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or public affairs strategy
• Deep knowledge of the U.S. healthcare industry, with experience in payer and/or provider environments
• Proven ability to independently structure ambiguous problems and lead cross-functional initiatives
• Exceptional project leadership and stakeholder-management skills
