Director of Pursuit Strategy

Job Summary

Owning transformational opportunities end-to-end, the full-time remote Director of Pursuit Strategy will manage deal progression, commercial architecture, and customer outcomes while collaborating closely with a Transformational Platform Consultant to drive strategic engagements and ensure successful transformations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the complete deal lifecycle as the business strategist and executive deal leader, ensuring alignment with the customer's transformation ambitions
• Orchestrate cross-functional pursuit execution by mobilizing various teams and partners to maintain deal momentum and remove blockers
• Craft compelling C-suite narratives that connect business imperatives to measurable operational outcomes, simplifying complexity for executive stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, software sales, and deal structuring
• 5+ years in a Large Deal Pursuit role with a proven track record of closing $50M+ TCV contracts
• Demonstrated executive presence and credibility with C-suite stakeholders
• Deep understanding of enterprise transformation and the ability to influence without authority
• Experience in operating in ambiguity and building structure for complex deals
