Director of Pursuit Strategy

Job Summary

Owning transformational opportunities end-to-end, the full-time remote Director of Pursuit Strategy will manage deal progression, commercial architecture, and customer outcomes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational transformation through the ServiceNow platform.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the complete deal lifecycle as the business strategist and executive deal leader, ensuring alignment with customer transformation ambitions
• Partner with the Transformational Platform Consultant to shape transformational hypotheses and develop a North Star vision that connects customer imperatives to platform capabilities
• Orchestrate cross-functional pursuit execution by mobilizing various teams and stakeholders to maintain deal momentum and remove blockers

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, software sales, and deal structuring
• 5+ years in a Large Deal Pursuit role with a proven track record of closing $50M+ TCV contracts
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to engage C-suite stakeholders in strategic discussions
• Deep understanding of enterprise transformation and the factors driving customer urgency
• Ability to influence without authority and operate effectively in ambiguous environments
