Director of Quality Engineering
Job Summary
To build and lead a modern enterprise quality capability across the technology organization, the full-time salaried Director of Quality Engineering will improve technology delivery reliability, oversee quality engineering strategies, and ensure the effective evaluation of AI-enabled solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Define and lead the enterprise quality engineering strategy, including operating models and governance
- Own the quality engineering platform and establish risk-based quality models and certification standards
- Develop reusable automation frameworks and oversee a centralized quality engineering service for testing across products and platforms
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related discipline; equivalent relevant experience may be considered
- Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in quality engineering, including 5+ years in leadership roles
- Demonstrated experience in building modern quality engineering capabilities and automation strategies
- Strong experience with enterprise test automation platforms, preferably Tricentis Tosca and qTest
- Practical knowledge of generative AI and responsible AI testing practices
