Director of Quality Operations
Job Summary
To ensure data integrity and optimize quality measures, the full-time remote Director of Quality Operations will manage HEDIS audit readiness, oversee data governance, and lead a team focused on improving data accuracy and completeness across systems.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the HEDIS subject matter expert, ensuring compliance with measure specifications and reporting requirements
- Lead audit preparation and documentation for HEDIS, driving data completeness and accuracy prior to submission
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that enhance performance on contracted quality measures
Required qualifications
- Master's-level education in a healthcare field (MHA, MBA, or MPH) required; clinical experience is a plus
- 7+ years of experience in a healthcare setting with a focus on quality reporting and operations
- Demonstrated expertise in HEDIS, including hands-on experience with audits
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data manipulation; experience with coding languages is a plus
- Experience working with HEDIS engines to improve data quality and reporting accuracy
